youngthugworld is a public archive and library. This site does not collect, store, or process any personal information. There are no user accounts, no sign-ups, and no login systems. You can browse and download files freely and anonymously.

Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data from visitors.

• No analytics or telemetry data is gathered.
• No IP addresses are logged by us.
• No email addresses or contact forms require your information.

Cookies & Local Storage

youngthugworld uses your browser’s local storage to save your preferences so they persist between visits. This includes appearance mode, language, reduced motion, video format, video quality, audio format, audio bit rate, file naming, metadata preferences, image download format, and written interview download format. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to any server.

If you use the translation setting, Google Translate may set its own cookies so that the translated version stays active across the site. Those cookies are governed by Google’s privacy policy, not ours.

No cookies are used by us for tracking, profiling, or advertising.

Tunneling & Analytics

youngthugworld offers optional privacy settings that you can configure:

• Tunneling — when enabled, file downloads are routed through a proxy for added privacy. This setting is off by default and stored locally.
• Anonymous traffic analytics — aggregate, non-identifying traffic data may be collected. You can opt out entirely through the settings page. No personal data or IP addresses are included.
• Metadata controls — if you disable file metadata, the site switches download naming back to the basic filename style.

Downloads

Files available for download on this site are served directly. No personal data is required or captured when you download a file.

Current defaults include PDF for written downloads, automatic highest available video quality, and site-managed naming where applicable.

Shop Pages

The shop section displays mockup pages and price comparisons only. No purchases are made through youngthugworld. We do not collect payment information, shipping addresses, or any other transaction-related data. If you choose to visit a third-party retailer linked from this site, their own privacy policy will apply.

Third-Party Links

This site may contain links to external websites and platforms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Hosting

This site is hosted on third-party infrastructure that may automatically collect standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request timestamps) as part of normal operations. This is handled by the hosting provider and is outside our control.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Site versions increase in small update steps as new settings and UI changes are added.
